Adjust & Modify 8 -Hour Workshop / Teacher Training
This 8-hour intensive training is designed for yoga teachers who are interested in expanding their knowledge of alignment and anatomy & gain confidence in adjusting students in common yoga poses. As a teacher, this training will improve your confidence to guide your students into a safer practice using physical and verbal cues.
This training includes:
Study of basic anatomy and general alignment applied to sun salutations, standing postures, backbends, forward folds, balance poses and twists
Principles of adjusting - developing skills in observation, communication, intention setting and connection
Appropriate use of props and modifications
Hands-on experience in practicing key adjustments
Developing succinct and alignment-based cuing
This is a fun, interactive training!

3 hours of hands-on experience in a public class setting
2 hours of one-on-one coaching customized to help you develop tangible adjusting skills
Limited registration. Must have 200 hours of YTT or a REGULAR Yoga practice.
